Gotta say I liked it.

it was really familiar but somehow refreshing at the same time.
I liked the humour, and the animation wasn't bad either. It wasn't perfect, but i don't think I'd change anything. And I'll bet you do even better next time!

[Kanook - Ep. 1 Part 1]

Instant classic.

The finished animation at the beginning was incredible. Simply amazing. As others have said, reminds one of studio ghibli or oldschool disney animation. Excellent job.
If I was at home on my computer I'd offer my services, but I'm not gonna have access to flash for a while.
Good luck all the same, I can't wait to see the finished product, I'm sure there're going to be a lot of great people who want to work on this.

Really touching.

Great story, good animation, overall fantastic composition.
You really have a great feel for storytelling and putting together all the peices of an animation. Like the timing; you totally managed to convey the cold and lonelyness at first, and then the warmth at the end. Your blue style really helped, as did your use of effects--subtle, but effective (lol no pun intended). For what you were trying to do, You pulled it off beautifully, there's nothing that I could even offer criticism to improve on xD

You are definitely going places, my friend. You are an inspiration.
I liked Paladin when you were doing that, and thought you had potential, but this just blew me away!

I also watched one of your songs on youtube, and loved that too. It sounds like you used to question yourself too, which is the boat I'm in at the moment, but the way you've overcome your inhibitions is truly inspiring, and it gives me hope that I can shed my shackles and produce something of worth, too. THANK YOU! :)
Waiting eagerly for the next one!:D

p.s. I like perpetualfrost's idea of the 'dragon' (aka. lizard with fly- for-wings:P). It would be cool to see if you could interweave that with the plot I'm sure you've already created.

I'm very rarely this organized. I go as far as naming the layers to save confusion so I get things done fasteasd....Ouch a bar from my window just fell and landed on my hands....faster. thanks for the review ;)

Great to see this from you.

It's awesome to see you doing frame by frame, you're really good at it.
Asaroki was entertaining as far as the story went, but the constant tweening i could have done without. But after seeing this, and your preview for Link and the Pig, I'm an even bigger fan! And you are now one of my hero's...herione's...
