struck a chord...

I hate what capitalism has done to humanity. :\
So many times, I've been buying food and come up a couple cents or so short, and big stores like walmart and pharmacies are always complete douches, exactly like this. The rare occasion that a locally owned corner store sells it anyways gives me slight hope, but generally its pretty depressing.

I agree with Starving Stomach...

it could have used more actual frame by frame, but the art was excellent and de-emphasised the lack of animation. would have been hard to animate such detailed characters as well, unless you took a leaf out of johnny utahès book and simplified the characters during frame by frame sequences like in facebook 'n' twitter.

also would have enjoyed some personalized character voice acting, or even if the narrator made some odd squeeky voices along to some more precise lip syncing. just would have involved me in the experience more. nonetheless, it was a very good piece of work, and all my suggestions are just unnecessary, albiet helpful, improvements that COULD be made, if you so wished.

ps. i move my hands if im emphasizing something while i talk or explaining something or giving directions...:)

awesome work man!

i can tell you worked really hard on this n put all your effort in.
the 3d effects were pretty good, and the way you put it all together was excellent, although it could have been sliiiightly faster paced, just so theres less pauses in between dialogue and it keeps peoples attention better. maybe some ambient background music every now and then too.

i actually really want to see episode 2 and see how you improve!

it as decent. I can tell because i didn't want to vomit on my monitor while watching it, like most of the crap that i've been judging lately. i would like to hear it with some quitky voice acting, it was kinda funny seeing where it went. liked the randomness of the index finger bit and paying rent :P

i think you should make it longer, with voiceovers if possible, and if you want a preloader, go to the top of the page, find the "downloads" link, and click on flash preloaders. you'll have your very own ng tank logo, or even a madness day preloader in no time!

i liked the music too. good choice. keep it up, and always try to add more than you had last time, you'll improve with practice. good luck!

Thanks and i will. I have the preloader but i can' figure out what to do with it. I use layers, i go up to the top layer and paste the frame yet an error always occurs. also, when i try voice acting, the words always sound at the wrong time and i don't know how to edit them. I've got an idea though, i'll try it.

not terrible, i guess...

...but definitely not as good as your first one.
i thought i remembered your first one so i went and watched it and it`s a lot better than this one. LONGER, for one thing.

i liked some parts, like the first fast spiraling, when the music swelled. and the climbing black square-ish things on the right. you have talent, for sure...you just need to practice frame by frame more, and spend more time on your next one, so it`s longer.

definitely not a disaster man. good animation, great story, the only thing wrong was i couldnt tell what they were saying near the end. but it made me lol so high fives for that
